1. Scope of Forwarding Services

JC’S DEPENDABLE SHIPPING COMPANY LLC serves as a licensed logistics provider and freight forwarder. We arrange for the transit of goods across various modalities including road freight, air, and ocean transit. Are you aware that liability limits differ significantly depending on the mode of transport? Our primary obligation is the diligent selection of third-party carriers and the management of documentation required for lawful delivery.

2. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is strictly limited to direct losses resulting from our proven negligence. We don't accept responsibility for "consequential damages," such as lost profits or market delays. For high-value cargo, we strongly recommend additional first-party insurance headers.

3. Warehousing and Storage

Cargo held within our partner warehouses is subject to specific storage liens. If payments are delinquent for more than 90 days, we're entitled to initiate a lien sale to recover costs. However, our team prioritizes communication—we'll always reach out multiple times before taking such measures.

4. Force Majeure

It's a complex world. Acts of God, strikes, or sudden border closures are beyond our control. In these instances, JC’S DEPENDABLE SHIPPING COMPANY LLC is relieved of performance obligations, though we'll keep you updated in real-time until transit can resume.
